Everyone Needs Playtime
In our hectic, modern lives, many of us focus so heavily on work and family commitments that we never seem to have time for pure fun. Somewhere between childhood and adulthood, we stopped playing.
When we carve out some leisure time, we’re more likely to zone out in front of the TV or computer than engage in fun, rejuvenating play like we did as children. But play is not just essential for kids; it can be an important source of relaxation and stimulation for adults as well.
There doesn’t need to be any point to the activity beyond having fun and enjoying yourself. By giving yourself permission to play with the joyful abandon of childhood, you can reap oodles of health benefits throughout life.
Today we are travelling back in time to the days of the Bobby Sox and Rock'n'Roll with a new design for my iMDA 3.0. I have just listed this two piece set on Etsy and hope it does well. Let me know your honest opinion of the style, okay?
Fabulous outfit! I love the polka dots. I would've never thought to pair red w/ the beige color, but it looks so good! It looks amazing the the brown shoes. Very cute outfit. :)
Thanks Farrah Lily. I probably wouldn't have thought about it either, except the polka dots on the red fabric are beige. LOL! Pity about the pink ribbons in her hair though but I was too slack to change them. Hugs, X

You asked what I've been up to, and nothing dolly related stuff has happened, I don't think I've even take a doll from its box since the last time I posted so I haven't had anything to post about. I've been busy on other aspects of my life though, so that's good :)
Thanks Alejandra. At least you have a life aside from dolls and you are young, so you should be out and about enjoying yourself. But you know you don't have to just post about dolly stuff on your blog, sometimes it's nice just to see a couple of photos of other things, I love reading about people's other interests too just so we can keep in touch. I love the big bow and polka dots! : D I have only a very little knowledge about clothes, but to my eyes the neck hole goes a bit too down? The length of the skirt's hem is nice.
Thank you Uraru. I should have shown you the back too, it's very low cut. As it is a summer outfit and one doesn't like to have a high neckline when the weather is warm and sultry, it has been designed this way to keep our dollies cool. But I will take your point on board when I make a similar design for the winter. Hugs, X
